As an outstanding MFL lead, I believe every child is a language learner. My focus on Spanish includes aligning our MFL program with national standards and nurturing a supportive environment where students and staff thrive. I engage with parents and the broader community to promote the value of language learning and update my knowledge of language education trends and technologies.

 

Consistent and high-quality teaching is delivered across the school, with strong links established across other schools in the country to ensure high levels of specialist teaching. In my teaching,  prioritise the development of the four key language learning skills and emphasise the importance of the three pillars of language learning: vocabulary, grammar, and practice.
